Good to know before you order
Straight answers about ordering, pickup, drop off and what goes into the bread.
Ordering
When do I need to order?
Order by 12:00 PM the day before your bake day. For example, order by 12:00 PM on Wednesday for Thursday. We bake Mon–Sat. Days can close or fill up, so the order page always shows what is open and the exact deadline.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
All sales are final, so there is no self-serve cancel or refund. If we make a mistake with your bake, we will make it right: refunds are decided and issued by us, only for a bake mistake. What you can do yourself is reschedule before the deadline.
Can I change my day or time?
Yes, until the order deadline for your bake day (12:00 PM the day before). Sign in, open your order, and pick a new day and pickup hour or drop-off window. You can also switch between pickup and drop off; we re-check your address. After the deadline nothing can be changed, but you are welcome to message us.
What if a day is full or closed?
Full and closed days stay visible with the reason, and we offer the next open day with one tap. There is no waitlist, so order early for the day you want.
Do you offer a bread subscription?
Not at the moment. Every order is a one-time order for the day you choose.
Pickup
When and where can I pick up?
Porch pickup is by the hour, from 8–9 AM through 4–5 PM, on bake days (Mon–Sat). Choose your hour at checkout; each hour has a limited number of spots. The pickup address is shared only after payment is confirmed, on your confirmation page.
Drop off
Do you offer local drop off?
Yes, within 15 miles of 30507, in two windows: 9 AM–12 PM and 3–5 PM. Pick your window at checkout; we check your full address before you pay. Outside the area, porch pickup is free.
What does drop off cost?
Local drop off is $5. It is free when your order has 5 or more products; a pan of cinnamon rolls counts as one product.
Can I switch between pickup and drop off?
Yes, before the order deadline. Switching from pickup to drop off adds the $5 fee (unless your order has 5 or more products), and only the part of the fee you have not already paid is charged. Switching from drop off back to pickup keeps the $5; it is not refunded.
Bread & ingredients
Where can I see ingredients and allergens?
Every product on the menu lists its ingredients (heaviest first), a Contains: line, and its net weight. Open any product to see them before you order. If you have an allergy or a question the list does not answer, contact us before ordering.
What is the Georgia cottage food notice?
Georgia's cottage food law (HB 398) lets home bakers sell certain foods directly to customers. Because of that, every product page and label shows our business name, phone number and GDA ID, plus this notice: the product was produced at a residential property that is exempt from state inspection, and it may contain allergens.
How should I store my bread?
Keep loaves in their bag at room temperature and slice as you go. Slices can be frozen and toasted straight from the freezer. Keep cinnamon rolls covered and warm them briefly before serving.
Payments
How do I pay?
Online, on our own checkout page: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (through Stripe). Orders are always prepaid. Your card is authorized first and charged only once your order is confirmed; if checkout is not finished within 30 minutes, you are not charged.
Is tax included in the price?
Yes. The price you see includes tax, so there is no separate tax line at checkout.
Can I tip the baker?
Yes, a tip is optional and appears on the review step before you pay. Once you tap Pay, the tip is final.
